**ARTICLE 1 – COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION**

ODERE LLC

When you navigate on our website, as part of the process, we collect the personal information you provide us, such as your name, address, and email address.

As you browse our shop, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address, which provides us with more details about the browser and operating system you are using.

Email Marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our shop, new products, and other updates.

**ARTICLE 2 – CONSENT**

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with your personal information to complete a registration, verify your credit card, enter your contact information, we assume that you consent to us collecting your information and using it for that specific purpose only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will either ask you directly for your explicit consent or provide you with an opportunity to refuse.

How can I withdraw my consent?

**ARTICLE 3 – DISCLOSURE**

We may disclose your personal information if the law requires us to do so or if you violate our Terms of Sale and Use.

**ARTICLE 4 – O2switch**

Our shop is hosted on O2switch. They provide us with the online platform that allows us to offer our services.

Your data is stored in O2switch’s data storage system and databases. Your data is kept on a secure server protected by a firewall.

**Payment:**

If you make your purchase through a direct payment gateway, in that case, the active payment processor will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted according to the data security standard established by the payment card industry (PCI-DSS). Information about your registration transaction and future withdrawals is retained as long as necessary to complete your order. Once your order is finalized, information about the purchase transaction is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to PCI-DSS standards, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of companies such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements ensure the secure processing of credit card data by our shop and its service providers.

**ARTICLE 5 – SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES**

In general, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide them for your purchase transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies carefully so you can understand how they will handle your personal information.

Remember that some providers may be located or have facilities in a different jurisdiction than yours or ours. So, if you decide to proceed with a transaction that requires the services of a third-party provider, your information may then be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which that provider is located or the jurisdiction in which its facilities are located.

For example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, the information belonging to you used to complete the transaction may be disclosed under U.S. legislation, including the Patriot Act.

Once you leave our shop’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Sale and Use of our website.

If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
